I love having a positive impact on people's lives and working with people in general. I am a very compassionate and empathetic person so I work very well with people. My biggest goal is to help those in need and helping them improve in every aspect of their lives because I value their growth, development and happiness. I have 2 siblings that I've raised my whole life so I am very experienced in looking after others, I also have experience as a Support Worker. I've dealt with many clients with different disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability and many more. From my experience working as a Support Worker I am very familiar in this field and can provide emotional and physical support. ^& ^&I can share my skills with someone in community by helping and teaching them skills I've developed and learnt myself, allowing them to try new things. I can share my hobbies by doing them together with the community, making it into an activity and doing it as a team so they can enjoy it themselves. I will cater to their needs if they need assistance, guidance in any hobbies and skills. ^&
