About
I love helping people achieve their goals and love to encourage people of coming to terms with their mental health issues. My goal in life is to help people with mental health issues to have the idea that they can seek help whenever they wish to and that there is nothing embarrassing about it. As i come from a cultural background like the Middle East were seeking mental assistant is frowned upon and I want to change that. ^& ^&I have First Aid certificate which I think is beneficial in cases of emergency or if someone needed a CPR I speak 3 languages Chaldean/Assyrian, Arabic and English. This means I can interact with people from diverse backgrounds which is also beneficial for the company. I love to stay fit, i will be sharing some of my favorite workouts with people within the community ^&
