I am currently studying Occupational Therapy and am passionate about supporting individuals to achieve independence in their activities of daily living (ADLs). As a support worker and OT assistant, I provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals, abilities, and preferences. I have experience assisting with everyday activities, including personal hygiene, showering, dressing, and community participation across aged care and paediatric settings (I do not own a personal care certificate). My approach is patient, respectful, and encouraging, with a strong focus on building confidence and promoting independence. I am organised, a strong communicator, an active listener, and I provide both practical and emotional support to help individuals feel safe and empowered. My passion is to support people in becoming the best version of themselves and achieving meaningful outcomes in their daily lives. In my free time, I enjoy watching TV and going for walks, which helps me maintain balance and well-being. Communication Hours I respond to messages between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Messages received outside these hours will be replied to on the next business day. I do not work on Sundays. Any messages received on a Sunday will be responded to on the next business day.
