I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I genuinely enjoy supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. Through my studies in Community Services and my work in disability support, I’ve seen how meaningful social connection and consistent support can positively change someone’s life. I am especially motivated by helping individuals feel heard, respected, and included in their community rather than isolated. In my free time, I enjoy creating music and writing original songs, which helps me express creativity and manage stress in a positive way. I also enjoy learning new skills related to personal development and spending time improving my communication and interpersonal abilities. Staying active and maintaining a balanced routine is important to me
