About
I have been too comfortable in my former job for over 25 years and have always wanted to give back and help people. In early 2025, I decided it was time to make a change and started studying while working full time to gain the skills needed to support those who need it. I am caring, compassionate and really look forward to supporting people to live independently and stay connected with their community. I’m looking forward to building meaningful relationships with people I work with, helping people to achieve a personal goal, and I bring a positive and bright attitude to put a smile on someone’s face and help them to live their best possible life. I enjoy gardening, reading, sports, quality time with my beautiful nieces, family and friends and more recently learning and building skills to support me in becoming the best support/Carer that I can be. I’m currently studying for my Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing and Disability to be completed at the beginning of March
