I work in the disability industry already and have a huge passion for bringing joy to those around me! Empathy and Compassion: I'm deeply passionate about helping others and providing support to those in need. I find fulfilment in being there for people during challenging times and offering a listening ear. Problem-Solving Skills: I enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions to complex problems. In a support worker role, this could involve helping clients navigate difficult situations, advocating on their behalf, and finding resources to meet their needs.
