About
I think with my working experiences and life as well as my growing background, I gradually became a kind of person who is: 1. Respectful: I am respectful of my customers as well as where I lived. 2. Empathetic: I understand and can identify with the feelings of another person. I always put myself in the place of pitiful people and feel sad for their experiencing. 3. Reliable: I know I must be reliable for the people who need my help so to take them out of the miserable situation. 4. Patient: I am always patient because I know that patience is an essential trait for anyone working in healthcare because there will be times of stress in the role which can cause you to be tempted to answer on your customer’s behalf. 5. Bubbly: I have a personality with a sense of humor on days when things get tough. 6. Practical: I am practical so I can remain unemotional at times and put my ‘practical head’ on, even when I feel as if I could fall apart inside. I am also observant and caring as well as experienced and qualified. On the whole, I would regard that would make me a great Social Carer. One of my ways of sharing my skills is to join or start a group to share customer service and caring skills. I ever joined a group to share how to write case notes (recording client caring event ) skills, and connect with like-minded people to discuss the discipline, know-how, and method. Groups like this often provide mutual feedback, where we all give each other advice and encouragement. Social media is also great to communicate in the community to share skills related to our caring work. Sometimes I would invite my friends around and have a go at it together? We would take it in turns hosting, so each person shares a different skill each time we get together.
