About
I want to become a social carer as I currently work in the emergency department part time as a Registered Nurse. I enjoy it a lot but I miss the ability to make genuine connections with people as part of my work, as the pace is so quick. I think working as a social carer as well would fulfil this need, and help to improve the lives of others I am caring for. I think I will be good at it as I am kind, compassionate, a good listener, and always willing to learn and try new things. I enjoy a wide range of hobbies and am passionate about pottery, reading, gardening and crochet. I also love to paint and draw. I would love to be a social carer for someone with similar hobbies or interests as well.
