About
I want to become a social carer as as believe my personal core values of empathy, compassion and reliability strongly align with the role and responsibilities of a social carer. I am a final year Paramedicine student with a certificate III in Health Services Assistance, as well as one completing one year of a nursing degrees, thus I have experience and am continuing to develop my health knowledge applicable to this role. I love to learn about why and how all different things work, and I believe experience in this line of work will allow me to treat the people I care for with the most appropriate, understanding care I can possibly provide. I am really interested in all things health and I love to learn new things. I love being outdoors and in nature, whether that’s walking, biking, hiking or anything inbetween. I am able to enjoy both slow, calmer things in life like sitting back and reading a book with a cup of tea but I also can throw myself into loud, fast and exciting new things. I prioritise time with friends and family as they are very important to me.
