I am driven to work as a social carer because I sincerely care about helping individuals live independently and with dignity by emphasizing their abilities rather than their limitations. Helping others through difficult times in their lives and making a difference, no matter how small, is fulfilling to me. I think my patience, empathy, and dependability will make me a good fit for this position. I listen well, take the time to comprehend the unique needs and circumstances of each person, maintain composure under pressure, and tackle problems with empathy and a problem-solving perspective. I recognize the value of professionalism as well. I'm dedicated to lifelong learning in order to advance my abilities and deliver the best Some of my hobbies are but not limited to, - Going to the beach - Baking - Having a good conversation An interesting fact about me is that i grew up in a large family of 10, So you could say that babysitting was my first "job", it built the foundations to my compassoinate side and taught me how caring for each person is individualised and no same two people will be cared for the same way, this is what helps me continue building theraputic relationships when im providing neccasary support.
