As someone late-diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, I understand what social isolation feels like. I want to help others who are like me feel safe and less alone. I believe connection should not be rushed or forced, and I enjoy building trust through patience, calm presence, and shared interests. I bring lived experience and an ND-affirming outlook, supporting people in a way that is respectful of their needs and choices without being overwhelming. I value quiet connection, shared interests, and helping people feel more connected to their world. I enjoy writing, history, deep conversation, learning about people and society, and occasional gaming. I'm good at one-on-one connection, deep listening, going for walks, exploring interests, or simply being present without pressure. I value kindness, autonomy, humour, and sensory-safe environments where ND people can be themselves without having to perform or mask.
