I have a close connection to disability as my daughter is blind and on the spectrum. She has shown me that every person is different and deserves to live a full life with no limitations. Going to the gym, being outdoors whether that be walking or doing a Park Run on a Saturday morning. I have a background in Group Fitness Instructing and bar tending, I am a very creative passionate person and just love helping people in general.
