About

Why do I think I’ll be good at it? I think I’ll be good at it because I’m naturally caring, reliable, and calm under pressure. I’m also very observant, I notice when something feels “off” and I’m proactive in responding to people’s needs. I take pride in being organised and responsible, which is important when supporting someone’s routine and safety. I also bring a strong sense of empathy, but I balance that with professionalism. I understand the importance of respecting boundaries, maintaining dignity, and empowering people rather than doing everything for them. I’m someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and genuinely wants the best for the people I support. I’m passionate about personal growth, wellbeing, and creating a positive environment for the people around me. I really enjoy helping others feel supported and confident, whether that’s through conversation, encouragement, or just being present. In terms of skills, I’m very organised and reliable. I have strong communication skills, I’m patient, and I’m good at building trust with people from different backgrounds. I’m also quite observant, which helps me notice when someone might need extra support. I’m confident managing routines, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure. For hobbies, I enjoy staying active, I do yoga regularly, which helps me stay grounded and focused. I also enjoy spending time with my kids, being outdoors, and anything that involves creativity or building something meaningful. I have a strong interest in lifestyle, wellbeing, and creating structure in daily life, which naturally aligns with supporting others in a care role. I’m someone who takes pride in being dependable and consistent. If I commit to something, I follow through. I understand how important trust is in a care role, not just for the person being supported but also for their family, so I always aim to be respectful, professional, and reliable. My background has required me to be very hands-on, organised, and adaptable. I’m comfortable managing responsibilities, handling unexpected situations, and keeping things running smoothly. I’m also confident working independently while still communicating clearly with others when needed. Personality-wise, I’m calm, patient, and approachable. I’m not someone who gets overwhelmed easily, and I try to bring a steady, positive energy into any environment. I also genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making them feel comfortable and supported. Overall, I care about doing a good job and making a real difference, even in small ways, and I bring that mindset into everything I do.
