Growing up surrounded by people with various disabilities and health problems has inspired me to help others. I can’t imagine what it may be like to have a disability than can affect day-to-day life, but I can empathise and I would love to think that I can be the person others can rely on. I have worked in childcare in the past and I am no stranger to taking great caution and responsibility for others’ needs and wants.^& ^&As I put a lot of time into exercise and fitness, I hope to help others in physical movement. I find great value in looking after one’s physical health, whether its simply the sunshine and fresh air or the crunch on leaves under your feet.^&
