About
I love people. And I love helping people (and helping them to help themselves). I have started casual work in public libraries after many years in the corporate sector. It is the best job in the world. But through this role I see so many people that need the help that we cannot give fully at the library, be it help with digital devices, updating their cv, filling out government forms, or just a general chat. My passions include art (although I haven't gotten back into painting...yet). I love being creative. But I am also very tech-savvy, often helping my friends with social media and website jobs for their small businesses. Having recently moved back to Melbourne (after 15 years away in Perth) my other passions include food and coffee. I have a friendly, joyful, approachable personality. I love hearing peoples' stories and will often chat to people on the bus or tram. I have a lot of experience in customer service, and implementing and training people on software systems.
