I’m a calm and reliable support worker with residential aged care and disability support experience. I provide person-centred support with personal care, daily routines, meals and hydration, community access, and companionship, while always maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy. I’ve supported people living with dementia, schizophrenia, and other psychosocial disabilities, and I’m confident following support plans, documenting properly, and escalating concerns when needed. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) and I have current NDIS Worker Check and Police clearance. Outside work, I enjoy cricket (I’m a certified community cricket coach), coding, and gaming.
