The motivation to work in elderly care often comes from wanting to help those who are older and may need assistance with everyday tasks or companionship. I am good at this kind of work as i am patient, kind, and enjoy spending time with older adults. I find satisfaction in knowing that i am making a positive difference in someone' life.
