I would make a great support worker because i am naturally empathetic and patient, always ready to listen and understand others' needs. I have strong communication skills that help me connect with people, making them feel heard and valued. Plus,I am incredibly adaptable, able to think on my feet and find creative and logical solutions to any challenge that comes my way, ensuring everyone i support feels supported, safe and comforted I have a cert IV in screen and media and a Cert III in music so I am someone who enjoys films and music! I also love nature and being outdoors. I enjoy the beach and surfing and I also write songs and poems. I have a strong passion for helping others and enjoy when I able to look after people. I have 4.5 years of experience working with children and also 2 years of child support work but I am also very happy with supporting adults. I have experience with ASD (non verbal) ADHD, OCD and complex behavioural issues.
