I have a wonderful ability to connect with people and sort out immediately how to help them be the best version of themselves. I was a TESOL teacher and taught English in many homes over the years. I am a mum, a grandma including a severely disabled child who I help take care of. She has taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. I also cook appropriate meals for her as she struggles to swallow, and am coming up with a cook book of recipes for other people that struggle, or who have specific dietary requirements for their life. I have an interest in food as medicine love to cook and work out what to eat with ingredients on hand. I love to walk, wander, discover the environment and take pleasure from simple things. I would love to share my love of life, life skills, and career support. I can teach Yoga and mindfulness to anyone. Help with gardening which I love, cooking, Accompany for walks, travel, read, the list is endless. Including Hospitality skills.
