Hello I’m 30 years old, love to exercise and stay fit but also focus on mind, body and soul components to a healthy life. I love to share my love of cooking with those around me because I believe a plate of food is the story of life and together I can help inspire others to share their life’s journey onto a plate of food - This mentality was inspired by my loving Yiayia's (grandmothers). Bonding together with someone who needs extra care and giving them an idea or skill to learn by teaching them how to cook can change their life (I truly believe) I’m very interested in bonding with many from different cultures and religions.
