I was motivated to become a social carer because i am passionate about supporting people to live independently, with dignity and confidence, in their own homes and communities. I have over four years of experience in aged care, disability and community services, and i hold a Diploma of Community Services and certificate III in Individual Support. I provide reliable, compassionate, and person-centred care, and I'm confident in assisting with personal care, community access, domestic tasks, companionship, and transport in my own insured vehicle. Being consistent dependable, and attentive to participants needs allows me to build trusting relationships and provide high quality support that participants and families can rely on. I'm passionate about supporting people to live independently and enjoy meaningful, fulfilling lives. My skills include personal care, Mobility assistance, domestic support, community access, companionship, dementia support, and providing safe transport. I am consistent reliable and communicate openly to ensure participants feel safe and supported. I enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring community events. I also like spending time in nature and staying active, which allows me to bring energy and positivity to the support i provide.
