I'm a very outgoing and people oriented person! I've worked in customer service since I was 14 and I'm very good at working with people and offering advice on a range of topics. I enjoy helping people as it's been a big factor in healing from mental illness. I've also grown up around many people with mental illnesses, substance abuse problems and chronic illnesses, so I'm a very understanding person. I know everyone has their own story and perspective on life so I'm very compassionate, understanding and non-judgemental. I love one-on-one time with people and love meeting and developing relationships with new people. I can get along with pretty much anyone! I'm in University for Physio and Occupational therapy so i have a good understanding of assisting with daily tasks and exercise. My mom is a physio and previously was a personal trainer so I am very passionate about exercise to improve quality of life. I would enjoy teaching skills like crochet, long stitch or cross stitch that I personally practice in my own life. I would also enjoy just hiking and having a conversation, for example. I'm also very happy to plan projects or activities together.
